I am under 18, can I place an order?
Absolutely! However, we require a supervisor to place this order for you. It must be under their name and payment method. Please make sure your supervisor reads the rest of the FAQs in detail.
When do you ship out orders?
Orders are dropped off at my local post office on Fridays or Saturdays. Please note if you have not paid for shipping, you will NOT receive your cards until you do so. If you paid for shipping in advance, just let me know if you'd like me to continue holding your order.
What is holding an order?
If you select HOLD at checkout, this means you have paid for shipping before and would like to send multiple orders all at once to avoid paying shipping every time.
Please keep in mind you MUST pay shipping in order to receive your cards. If you are unable to do so your orders will be voided. The maximum duration of a hold is one month.
How much is shipping?
Most customers prefer to combine multiple orders before shipping to save on overall costs. We’ll safely store your items until you’re ready to pay for shipping through the shop.
If you forgot to add shipping to your order, you can find a shipping option as a product and use that to checkout when selecting a shipping option at checkout.
Returns and refunds
Due to the nature of the products, all sales are final. We cannot refund items as they have already been opened on the livestream.
If you're placing an order from outside the Canada, please note that your local government may apply customs duties, taxes, or import fees upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.
Orders returned due to refusal to pay these fees will either require a new shipping payment to be resent or will be treated as abandoned.
